Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a next day or rain a few days out, however we will never wash your windows in the rain UNLESS you absolutely need it done and can't wait for the weather.

We appreciate if you move anything small / easily breakable away from the windows, however we are more then happy to move heavy things like couches and other big objects. We remove the screens and put them back in place.
We know things come up, so cancelations are not a problem however we do appreciate atleast a day in advance notice, Last minute cancelations cause us to lose that appointment slot forever. We do not charge a fee for a cancelation or reschedule.
